Able To Play Videos Right On The Site! :)
It takes a while to upload, so be patient. Right now I can't put HTV on here because the files are too big, but if I cut them down to 2 videos per episode, I should be able to post them here so that anyone can watch them!
I'd also like to feature one H/Hr fanvid a week, like this. I'm going to create a special thread in the HTV discussion thread in the forum where you can nominate a video and give a link to it, and then create a poll to see which one should be featured?

New Paypal Account To Help With Expenses

Any money that is donated will go to hosting the podcast and videocast on their hosting sites (www.libsyn.com) and to any new programs I may need to produce the pod/videocast. I figure, to date, I've put about $250 of my own money into it and I just can't afford it anymore with two sons to raise. I didn't want it to come to this, but it has. Any amount would be greatly appreciated, and it will only go to keeping the podcast and videocast going.

First of May Podcasting Update
Hello everyone! *waves happily* First important note: If anyone would like to make a new layout for the harmony_podcast live journal community, please e-mail me at miscard31@hotmail.com or leave a comment in the forum thread for this update. I'd like podcasting/HHR emphasized, and please no Dan/Emma pics. I love them, but that's not what the community is about :)
We are now 38th and falling on the Podcast Alley list, which is still awesome by the way, so thanks to everyone who's voted. If you haven't, well, what are you waiting for? *laughs out loud* of course I'm just kidding. If you can't tell, I'm in a good mood today. I'm getting off all the darn pain meds they've had me on for my back because I hate feeling groggy and lazy all the time, and I'm going to finally start to get my back fixed (injections into my lower back, here I come *shudders*). I'm tired of depending on the meds to make the pain temporarily go away. I want my happy outgoing self back, not this weepy Misti I've become.
Anyway, I'm planning the next podcast and there's two things I'd love for you guys to give me feedback on:
1- Possible scenario question: Harry is ready to finally battle Voldemort. Because the number of the Order has been reduced significantly due to heavy fighting already with the Death Eaters, they need either Ron or Hermione to stay behind. Who do you think Harry would choose to take with him in the final battle and why? I tend to think they'll both be with him in the end, but this is just a 'what if?' question that I'd love to hear your answers on.
2- Since you guys have been so wonderful, I'd love to answer any questions you may have about me, like anything pertaining to how I became a H/Hr shipper, how I started writing fan fic or anything to do with my stories, or anything to do with the podcast or videocast. If they're not too personal, I may answer some personal questions as well. Carte blanche...so please ask away. Don't forget, you can call in to the voicemail line to ask your question as well: 1-619-632-5324. It'd be nice to have more than two voicemails to play on the podcast.
As for reading a chapter of one of my fanfics every podcast, it seems that Nanny Wanted has won the poll. But...since then I have started a new story called The Guardian that's been getting a pretty good response so far with the four chapters I've posted. So, I guess what I'm asking is, should I still read "Nanny Wanted" or would you rather I read my new story "The Guardian"?
Okay, I think I've asked enough questions of you today, don't you? :P Just a quick update, 'Sarah' is doing as well as can be expected. She had a rough week this past week, but her friend says that she has a therapist that is going to be helping her work through everything so hopefully things will start to get better for her soon. Try to keep her in your thoughts and prayers please. Well, I'm off to do something else... I can't wait to hear your answers on these questions and remember-

Hopefully hearing this podcast will let 'Sarah' know that even though she's now in a new place where she will be well taken care of, I'm so proud of her, I'm still here for her if she needs me, and hopefully listening to this will give her even more comfort while she begins her new life. And to every other survivor out there that had the courage to get help, stay strong. I'm also hoping that if there are any other abuse victims out there that are scared of seeking out help, these stories may just give them the strength to get the help that they need.
